Now that we've added Kaylie to the family, I can't very well continue to call my digi scrapbook "the Elora Book", but I'm at a loss for what to call it instead. I could just call it The Green World, and at the moment, that's what I'm leaning toward. Unless, of course, one of you can come up with something better. Please leave your suggestions in the comments, even if it's only to vote for "The Green World" as the new title. Thanks!

New Page, New Title

The Green World is so fitting. I vote for that!
ReplyDeleteCute page. The Green World is good!
ReplyDeleteHow about the Gager Gazette or Gager girls?
ReplyDeleteI have no title name, but I never knew your specific complications. How scary! Things like that make you hold them a little closer. You, Brandon, and everyone working with you really did a great job at making sure Kaylie would be with you now :)
ReplyDeleteThat's an awesome layout!
ReplyDeleteI'm at a loss how you do all this in Photoshop Elements... I have used the program before, but where do you get all the backgrounds and digital embellishments? Clearly I have a lot to learn! I would love to make one of these for our son!
Photoshop is only the tool for manipulating images. In addition to your photos, you need digital scrapbooking elements to work with. (Think of it in terms of paper scrapbooking. Photoshop is your scissors, glue, ruler, etc., all rolled into one. You still need papers, stickers, and any other decorations you might want to use with your photos.) There are lots of places to get those elements for free online. Craftcave.com posts a list of links to blogs with digi scrap freebies daily. You should also explore kevinandamanda.com , dafont.com , and shabbyprincess.com .for other goodies. And, if you want to go shopping for digi scrap kits, there are a ton of digi stores on the internet. I recommend ahhhscrap.com . Good luck!
