I suppose my luck had to run out sometime... I managed not to toss my cookies this morning, not yet anyway, but will it get worse? I guess I'll just have to wait and see.
Try crackers by your bed. Just eat a couple of bites. It doesn't always work but could be worth a try..... I agree with Jenny P. would wish it on anyone!
My Grandmother also suggested crackers. I might have to start keeping some on my nightstand. Soda crackers = saltines, right? She said soda crackers...
I would make a huge batch of pancakes (waffles work too and so do pre made frozen waffles or pancakes) freeze them then every morning I would put some in the microwave for a couple minutes and I'd have instant breakfast. I had to do this because I'd be ok when I 1st woke up but if I even let ten minutes pass without eating I'd get super queasy. it's pretty much the same thing as crackers by your bed but this worked better for me. find what works for you. remember the unisom and b-8 trick too if it gets bad. some women have to carry little trash bags in their car for emergency throw-ups.
I really hope you're one of the few who doesn't get sick. I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy! It can be baaad!
